AVAILABLE IN MANY VERSIONS

The SuperCut 100S is comprised of several different modules, which enables it to be assembled in a number of ways. The motor size, drive sprocket size, cut control, lubricant volume, and position for hydraulic connections.

SOPHISTICATED CUT CONTROL

The cut control on the SuperCut 100S is typically specified by the machine manufacturer, so that the signaling matches the machine’s control system. Today, we supply a number of variants, ranging from a simple bar home inductive sensor to encoders. One major advantage of the SuperCut 100S is that the saw bar feed out is based on a rack and pinion solution. This means the feed has a constant lever arm, which makes it very easy for the harvester’s control system to regulate the feed force. A conventional feed using a regular cylinder provides a variable lever arm, which complicates matters for the control unit.

MANY OPTIONS

The SuperCut 100S comes as standard with a number of essential features, such as automatic chain tensioning, integrated and proportional chain lubrication, completely sealed bearings, and a saw motor swivel for the tensioner and chain oil. This means no need for hose routing in the saw box. Options include equipment for stump treatment (urea). Both the tensioner and the saw bar holder are hardened as standard. Same bar holder for both UREA and normal saw bars.
